A Decade’s Experience of Interiors
In 2022, Kristina Pendrell celebrates ten years of experience in the field of interiors. Graduating from Interior Design International University where she developed a talent for sophisticated yet simple Scandinavian design, she moved to Thailand in 2013 where she added Asian-fusion elements to her portfolio.
In 2017, she brought her talents to Tbilisi, Georgia. Here – rather than just offering pure design services – she added full renovation works to her portfolio, acting as a ‘one-stop shop’ for clients buying apartments in ‘white frame’ condition. With the addition of these services, Christina offers full turnkey services for both investors and buyers looking for a bespoke home for themselves in Tbilisi.
In 2020, Christina celebrated having successfully worked on over 100 projects spread between Thailand and Georgia.
In 2021, Christina was invited to join the exclusive Russian Association of Interior Designers, becoming the only person based in Georgia to be a member of the organization.
Talented Multinational Team
Over the years, Christina has assembled a talented team of sub-contractors which she oversees meticulously in order to ensure that all customers receive the highest quality in terms of both work and materials.
Projects start with design work in either 2D or 3D according to clients’ budget and requirements and progress through finishing works where some of Tbilisi’s most experienced and reliable contractors turning basic properties into luxuriously appointed apartments ready for living or for generating high rental incomes.
Talented craftsmen are also part of the team, available to create fully fitted kitchens and other built-in furniture, such as wardrobes and cupboards. Finally, with contacts in the majority of furniture stores throughout Tbilisi, Christina is able to tastefully furnish apartments no matter what a client’s personal style or budget may be.
Christina acts as Project Manager, guiding clients throughout the entire process, offering regular updates regarding each project’s current status, either in English or in Russian.
For clients not requiring a full service, Christina is able to handle as much or as little of the process as you would like. No job is too big; no job is too small!

Construction Works
Most new apartments in Georgia are supplied on a ‘white frame’ or ‘green frame’ basis, which means that they come with bare concrete walls, floors, ceilings, no bathrooms, etc. Our experienced, hand-picked. Construction Works team consists of qualified specialists, including plumbers, electricians, plasterers, painters, etc. who can bring your new apartment up to fully finished status to the highest quality in the shortest possible time.
Furnishing
With contacts across a wide selection of furniture shops in Tbilisi, we are able to provide the widest variety of furnishing options in the city. So, whatever your individual style or required colour palette, we can turn your vision into reality to ensure that the finished apartment is really one of a kind.
Investment Packages
Are you buying purely for investment and looking to maximize your rental yields? For our investor clients, we offer affordable yet durable ‘off the shelf’ packages designed to appeal to the widest variety of tenants – both short-term and long-term.
